Ingredients of Stuffed Bell Peppers
- It's 1 packages of sausage.
- Prepare 1/4 of onion, chopped.
- You need 1 packages of 90 second rice (any flavor).
- You need 1/4 of grated parmesan cheese.
- You need 1 of shredded cheese.
Cut thin slice from stem end of each bell pepper to remove top of pepper. Remove seeds and membranes; rinse peppers. If necessary, cut thin slice from bottom of each pepper so they stand up straight. Cut top off peppers and remove seeds.

- Cut off the tops of the peppers and hollow out the insides. Dice up the usable parts of the tops (you need them later)..
- Make sure when you buy the peppers that they can sit up on their own..
- Sauté the onion & diced pepper (that you saved earlier). They don't need to be cooked to death, just a little bit..
- Now brown the sausage into little crumbles..
- Preheat the oven to 375..
- Cook the 90 second rice (I used brown rice)..
- Mix the rice, sausage, onion/pepper, & parmesan all together in a large bowl..
- Stuff the peppers with the mixture, fill 'em up! My mix got me 6 peppers..
- Bake for 30 minutes then remove & top each one with shredded cheese & bake for 10 minutes more..
