  5. It's 2 TBS of soy sauce.
  6. You need of pepper. (to taste).

Generously sprinkle the salmon all over with salt and pepper. Mix together the mustard and maple syrup. Place the salmon fillets (skin side down) in a baking dish or on a shallow tray that has been lined with aluminium foil. Spread the mustard and maple mixture evenly over the tops of the salmon fillets.

  2. Arrange salmon in baking dish.
  3. In small bowl whisk together butter, maple syrup, mustard, and soy sauce.
  4. Pour mixture over salmon.
