Ingredients of Stuffed Bell Peppers

  1. Prepare 3 of Large Bell Peppers.
  2. It's 1 lb. of lean ground beef.

  5. Prepare 1 of Tblsp. Parmesan Cheese.
  6. It's 2 Cups of Steamed Rice.
  7. It's 1/3 Cup of Minced Onion.
  8. You need 1 tsp. of salt.
  9. It's 1 tsp. of pepper.
  10. Prepare 1/4 Cup of Water.

Cut thin slice from stem end of each bell pepper to remove top of pepper. Remove seeds and membranes; rinse peppers. If necessary, cut thin slice from bottom of each pepper so they stand up straight. Cut top off peppers and remove seeds.
