- Prepare 2 cups of Espresso coffee.
- Prepare 2 packs of Lady Fingers.
- Prepare 100 g of Cocoa powder.
Pour the coffee mixture into two martini cocktail glasses, then spoon over the Baileys mascarpone mix. Dust with the cocoa powder then sprinkle over coffee beans, chocolate flakes and curls. Repeat with another layer of soaked ladyfingers, and then top with remaining mascarpone mixture. Cover the dish with plastic wrap and leave irefrigerateer overnight.
Irish Cream Tiramisu step by step
- Beat pouring cream, sugar & vanilla extract together until soft peaks form.
- Add mascarpone and Irish cream, whip to form stiff peaks.
- Dip lady fingers in espresso coffee (3 per pot) and push down and place at bottom of glass.
- Spread cream mix on top lady fingers.
- Dust with cocoa powder and place in fridge.
