Healthy fudge is easy to make and absolutely delicious! This fudge is made with only almond butter, agave, and cocoa and then put in the freezer to set. It's vegan, gluten-free, oil-free and soy-free too. It's hard to believe that something so simple can taste so good!

  1. Prepare the 8x8 pan by lining it with parchment paper leaving it to overlap the sides on baking dish..
  2. In a non stick sauce pan heat the condensed milk on a medium heat..
  3. Add in chips and mix until almost completely melted..
  4. Add in dried cherries and vanilla..
  5. Once chocolate is melted, pour into baking dish. Spread fudge to fill all the sides and make the top even..
  6. Sprinkle on granola and press into fudge..
  7. Chill for at least two hours to set..
  8. Cut into small sizes. Enjoy!.
